1. Eligibility
1.1. The giveaway is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 and above at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of [Company Name], its subsidiaries, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
 

2. Campaign Period
2.1. The giveaway runs from 8 Dec 2025 to 9 Jan 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2.2. Entries received after the Campaign Period will not be considered.
 

3. Prize Details
3.1. One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of return air tickets to Seoul, South Korea cap at SGD1000 Dollar only(“Prize”).
3.2. The Prize is valid for travel in 2026 only.
3.3. Block-out dates apply, including but not limited to major festive periods, school holidays, and peak travel seasons.

Final confirmed block-out dates will be advised upon prize issuance.
3.4. Prize includes airfare only. All other expenses (including but not limited to accommodation, meals, insurance, visas, transportation, or additional baggage fees) are borne by the winner.
3.5. Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking.
 

4. Winner Selection & Notification
4.1. The winner will be selected via a draw conducted by PlayMade.
4.2. The winner will be notified via email, phone, or direct message within fourteen (14) days after the campaign ends.
4.3. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, PlayMade reserves the right to select another winner.
 

5. Prize Redemption
5.1. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
5.2. The winner must book the trip at least four (4) weeks before the intended travel date.
5.3. No changes are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
 

6. Rights & Usage
6.1. By participating, entrants agree that PlayMade may use their name, likeness, and submitted content for marketing or promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6.2. The winner may be required to provide photos/videos of their trip for campaign follow-up content.
 

7. General Conditions
7.1. PlayMade reserves the right to verify eligibility of all participants.
7.2. PlayMade reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
7.3. PlayMade reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.4. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions stated.
 

8. Liability
8.1. PlayMade is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury incurred by the winner during the trip.
8.2. The winner is responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas (if any), and travel insurance.
